"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "

"Location was excellent, price of stay was a great value. Being in the heart of old San Juan was exactly the experience I was looking for. The room did its job as we hardly were there. Balcony was perfect to ppl watch and enjoy the vibe. Staff super friendly and helpful Water pressure not a problem for showering and toilet which was a fear from prior reviews"

"This is a unique hotel, decorated creatively in a Moroccan theme. Beautiful artwork in all the common areas and in our room. Take note that there are some interior rooms that have no windows. We opted to upgrade to a room with windows and a balcony, and it was quite spacious and comfortable. It didn’t cost that much to upgrade and it was well well worth it. On the roof, there are stone bathtubs that guests can fill with water and take in the views of the city while cooling off in the tubs. It seems to always be breezy up there and it’s a great escape from the heat. There are shady areas if you want to get out the sun or you can sunbathe there. It is quite unique and a treat in the day or evening. Close to all the Old San Juan historic sites and restaurants "

"Great little boutique hotel right in old San Juan. We had a very busy check-in time so the staff for fairly rushed to get everyone checked in and get rooms ready however they have a great little bar right in the lobby to make you nice and comfy while you wait. You're served by the staff whatever you need, they have it right there. You can tell they stay very busy Cruise traffic for the overnighters and lots of guests coming in to enjoy our San Juan. The suggestions I would make when you have such a quick turnaround is sweep and mop the room floors. It makes a difference, especially in the bathroom and around your bed standing up on a floor with dirt and debris after you've had a restful night sleep not fun. Otherwise it was a great stay I will return."

"This place is right in the heart of San Juan. Apparently we’re near the Governors home so security is always at the entry of the place. Pros: Location, amenities, peaceful, safe Cons: parking, check out instructions, no elevator. No living room space. No extra trash bags Other than that, it was great place to stay, I’d come back. Host was attentive, responded quickly, Easy way in and out. 9/10"
