Hotel Felix River North/Magnificent Mile
"Staff is excellent. Breakfast was below standards - muffins, fruit, juice, and a couple breakfast sandwiches the staff put in the microwave. I’d pass on the breakfast. Nice location. Rooms were okay - the bed in our room was full of cat scratches."

Freehand Chicago
"I booked a single room, king size bed for my sister and they tried giving her a shared quad, twin bed. We canceled immediately but still have not receive a refund. Ive called and left a message, no reply. 2nd time I called, I was placed on hold till the call dropped."
