“Property was clean, pictures advertised where exact, host was attentive and fixed problems right away, kept us informed and checked in to make sure we had every try ing. Offered a free night and bottle of wine when they couldn’t fix the power outage even though it wasn’t their fault. Security on site at night, grocery store a close 5min walk at the most. “For London the room size was huge! Location is quiet and a quick 7min walk to South Kensington station which has both the Piccadilly and District/Central tube lines. Booked the room with a sofa bed and had more than enough room! Wifi was great, thankfully the a/c worked well as it was a heatwave! If you don’t need to be in the hustle and bustle and don’t mind a quick walk to the trains and high street it’s perfect!”

“We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above.”

“This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful.
