「We used the room to sleep and shower. It was small and extremely outdated. The kitchenette cabinets were new and nice. That is all. The TV small, the shower dangerous and slippery. And we had to call maintenance to even have a shower. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor and we used several of our towels to mop up the water. New towels were never given. 「Porch screens torn, porch cigarette smell terrible, kitchen sink was a bathroom sink stained and dirty, no dish drying rack, 1 dinner plate, limited, pans, cover, no basic condiments including no salt + pepper, tiny refrigerator froze items and needed defrosting, stove knob broken, air conditioning unit right onto bed」
