The lobby, our room, and the hallway spaces were all clean. The only complaint I have is that there was no night clerk, so we had to check in via a kiosk. I typically prefer face-to-face interaction, but the process was at least simple enough. The front desk clerk in the morning was very helpful when we asked for some personal hygiene products we had forgotten. Overall, the stay was good for the one night we needed.

不满意：服务设施，清洁度
The room was not the cleanest. There was dirt on the floors, hair on the bathroom floor and tub. There was no hot water. Our roomed smelled like fish and the mini fridge smelled like fish. Staff was a little nosy while cleaning rooms in the morning witch woke us up. There was no breakfast offered no mention of a pool or anything else. The guy at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly. I don't think it was worth what we paid for two nights and hoping we get our deposit back that we didn't know about until check in. It wasn't the worst but it could have been better, the price is a little high don't think we would stay here again. Would definitely like a partial refund on it at the very least the deposit back.

The property was disgusting and falling apart. The bed sheets were stained, mold in the flooring, faucet in the bathtub was falling off the wall and tile was cracked. The hotel itself smelled musty and very run down.

It was awful. Air didn’t work. The room smelled like basement mildew. The bedding felt damp from how moist the air was. It was gross. I left immediately and requested a refund. That didn’t sound promising at all. Stayed here years ago when everyone was booked and it was clean and no complaints.
