"We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. We always felt safe, even walking around at night. So many restaurants within walking distance and very easy access to NYC. AJ was definitely awesome to work with. "We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken."

Leider war die Bettwäsche leicht verschmutzt, da allerdings in den Schränken Bettwäsche war, konnte ich diese selber wechseln, wofür ich mir auch nicht zu schade bin. Das einzige was wir nicht gut fanden, sind die undichten Fenster von denen es sehr reinzog. Ansonsten hat alles top funktioniert, die Heizung, es gab sogar Wärmelüftungen, die haben wir zwar nicht genutzt aber es gab welche. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Sharon war zu jeder Zeit...

"The property was better than the pictures. So clean, very welcoming. The wi-fi worked well, neds were comfortable. Easy in and out. I was the only one whom had difficulty with the stairs. So if you are disabled in any way tjis property is not for you. There are a small flight of stairs to access the apartment and another flight to get in the apartment. We were able to park the vehicle which is AWESOME!! I was able to Doordash needed items. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. Simply...

"John was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. It was a large and eclectic loft. The shower/tub upstairs was a little "unique", however the water was hot and constant. The kitchen had all the essentials. We travelled into Manhattan and it was a nearby bus stop and direct to the main Port Authority terminal. (25 minutes)."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. It met all our expectations. Was great for our family (two adults, two teens). The neighbourhood looks a little gritty initially but a little exploration reveals its quite safe and a very strong Latino presence. Lots of interesting restaurants, particularly on Bergline Avenue. Groceries, banks, drug stores etc all there as well. Spectacular views of Manhatten if you go around the corner and down 60th or 61st streets towards the Hudson River....

"The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert."

"Offering a fantastic view of the New York skyline from New Jersey, the easy bus links allowed us to see the city, augmented with the occasional Lyft and Uber. The communication with the host was great, and he was very flexible with arrangements. "Need to add a few things.... night stands, dresser with drawers for clothes, big mirror to see entire body before going out, need to replace ceiling fans make noise, not a bad place to stay, these are just my suggestions to make this place for future guest.."

"False advertising , the room is not clean no sheets odor tge pull out bed, no where in the advertisement it said share bathroom, plus the owner walks over you to use the restroom not safe at all. Bathroom is dirty, pleased do not rent the property "
