「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Property work out great for an overnight stay in Philadelphia for 4 adults. Price was reasonable, property was clean and as described. They are very clear about the fairly lengthy flight of stairs you have to take to get to this unit, so do not book if you have issues with stairs or have heavy luggage that you don’t want to haul up several steps. Plenty of food options near by, as well as a couple coffee shops. Very nice place, with great host communication. Would not hesitate to book again....

「The unit itself was as described. We felt safe even though the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Although the listing states “on site parking available”, we didn’t receive a pass and had to park on the street. There is a train track directly behind the building and trains ran regularly. The few residents that we met were friendly.」
