We skipped renting car and made use of the bikes to explore the neighborhood of mostly young professional implants. Remington is experiencing a revival and we felt quite safe walking day or night. "This is a beautiful property with plenty of room and is exactly as listed. It is clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to make for a great time in DC. The beds were comfortable. We also liked its location, just three blocks from a Metro stop and three blocks from a Safeway. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here if we are ever again in DC."

"I stayed at this home with my wedding party during my wedding weekend, and it was perfect! The home is clearly new and remodeled, making it extremely comfortable and fun to be in. We had plenty of room to spend time together and socialize, and we had no problems getting ready here either. It was a short 10min to the part of time wedding festivities were taking place, so all in all, couldn't have asked for a better location!"

We arrived at night and at first were concerned about the location, as we drove in off of a road that was not the one close to Catholic University, and it gave off a very different vibe (all this to say, don’t be alarmed if you come this way too!). The house is old, but well-maintained and has even more space than the listing portrayed. We never felt unsafe, and this is coming from a family with a lot of young kids. "Clean, tidy, apartment in a quiet area. About 20 minutes fast walk to the metro. Bus stops (K2, K6) three to five minutes on foot. I had a problem with the shower curtain - it fell to the floor before anyone touched it. It doesn't change the fact that I recommend this place. The apartment was worth the price I paid."
