“Room was fine. Clean. Excellent access to plug sockets for a change. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Freshly cooked breakfast really good. Despite my room being downgraded at short notice I would still recommend this hotel for their general service. Obviously dependent on the level of refund for the change in my booking. I’ll certainly update my review otherwise but I doubt I’ll need to on first impressions.”

“I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space.
