「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The facilities were beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family.
We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the pools, and the overall experience. It was a lovely place to create special memories with my mom and grandmother.
Thank you for making our vacation so memorable! We would definitely love...

He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),...
