"Everything was nice"

"We have been coming here At least once a yr for the last 7 years. We enjoy the 4th floor bowling, pool, games etc. The hotel staff is always courteous and helpful. Also enjoy the many hottubs, pools, and lazy river. Also enjoy the nightly karaoke, bar and grill. Not to forget the Starbucks on sight. The only downfall is the pillows. Bring your own. People beside us were rowdy and loud during the late part of the night startling us awake, 2 nights in a row. "

"Liked options of pools, water areas and beach. Loved having the balcony room. The food at the restaurant in the resort was very good. Staff maybe could’ve been a little friendlier on resort side. Glad there was laundry in the building, huge plus esp having kids. Got a great deal with flights on Expedia. Overall a good experience, would return again."

"The hotel needs to be remolded I had a lot of rust on my door to my room but the room itself was nice. If your staying more than a day or two housekeeping does not come to clean your room, and if you have a car you cannot park on the property, unless you have a handy cap sticker you’ll have to park a couple of blocks away then walk back to your room."

"had a great time for my first solo trip/birthday book. room was clean and nice. had a kitchenette in the room and good partial view of the ocean. the spa was also able to get me in the very next day and that was soo nice. def recommend scheduling with them. you get a discount if you stay at the hotel. sad that check out is so early."

"The room and the view was amazing ! The staff was nice and friendly and very helpful. The location was great not far from the attraction. Will definitely be back to stay again. The only down side is I feel we should get free breakfast included for the price of the room we paid. "

"The bed linens were never changed during my stay. The shower faucet was very loose and could fall off. Elevators need better LED lighting. Dark in the elevators. Registration process was efficient and excellent. "

"The rooms and facility are placed well and clean. Parling as expected is ok. Just don't try taking a truck in the garage. staff was nice most of the time, but some had a questionable personality.I would go back though and for goodness sake, change the door locks"
