The listing depicts the unit accurately: it is a cozy, basic,1 BR unit that would suit a couple or up to a family of four with young kids. I felt the unit was clean and well-maintained. As depicted in the listing, you have your basic household amenities for a party of four, and admit it, cleaning your own dishes is probably worth the very reasonable rental rate....

"This villa was the perfect home base for my girlfriend and me. Perfectly sized for two people, the proximity to the tennis courts and beach were perfect. The appliances were great, bathroom was clean and new, and the living room was comfortable. Patricia gave us detailed check-in instructions and was very responsive if & when we had questions. Would recommend to any couple. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back soon enough."

"This amazing property in Wild Dunes was everything we could have hoped for as a family vacation spot. The beachfront setting was convenient and had incredible views. The condo was perfectly clean, furnished tastefully and comfortably, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. This unit was really close to the beach access. The ocean view from the private balcony was very nice. The villa was clean and very comfortable. "We have been coming here At least once a yr for the last 7 years. We enjoy the 4th floor bowling, pool, games etc. The hotel staff is always courteous and helpful. Also enjoy the many hottubs, pools, and lazy river. Also enjoy the nightly karaoke, bar and grill. Not to forget the Starbucks on sight. The only downfall is the pillows. Bring your own. People beside us were rowdy and loud during the late part of the night startling us awake, 2 nights in a row. "
