"Wonderful unit with fantastic views from the two balconies. Clean, well appointed. We didn't feel particularly safe walking the street side. Lots of cigarette smokers on balconies even though it is supposed to be a smoke free property."

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Iris. We stayed in a superior suite which was bright and light and with all that we needed for four nights. It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. "

"We came for a quick father daughter trip to Charleston and found Florian’s rental to be the perfect location. I was worried about foot traffic with one of the bedrooms so close to the street. However, it didn’t seem to be an issue aside from Saturday night with a group a girls standing directly in front of the window of said bedroom. My only suggestion would be to have some blackout shades for the door in the front bedroom. The street lights are mighty bright. I would definitely recommend and...

"Better than expected. The listing photos are nice but somehow doesn’t do the place justice. The two balconies are wonderful, providing an escape from (or to) the sunshine and deliver amazing ocean views! The bed was comfy and kitchen thoughtfully stocked. Loved the welcoming snacks. Perfect for a couple or maybe a young family with one or two very small kids. The outside pool and hot tub was surprisingly warm (late March). "We loved our stay at the loft! It was just what we were looking for...small, quaint and close to everything. It was a nice, comfy place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck out back each day. We will come visit again!"

"Compact and complete studio apartment with two Queen beds was more than enough for us. Great view of the Ocean and Beach from a clean and comfortable room. We were close to all the attractions but not too close. A quality Buffet Breakfast and parking included as was a small mini golf course and DVD rentals. We'd do it again!"
