“The property itself was okay, but our studio was disappointing. It was cramped, dark, and definitely in need of updating. Several fixtures were visibly worn and rusted. The biggest issue was the humidity and odor. The room smelled strongly like onions and body odor, and everything felt damp—the sheets, curtains, and eventually even our clothes. We asked to change rooms and were told the property was full, despite the same room type showing available online. They brought us a heavy-duty……
