「Great: Service, cleanliness, pools, kids' club, overall expeirence. Cheap laundry! Everyone we interacted with went above and beyond: the staff at the lobby, the housekeeping, the bartenders, the servers in the restaurants. Not good: The food. There was almost nothing my four-year-old son would eat at the buffets other than fruit, bread, and cheese quesadillas. The milk and yogurt were frequently gone bad, the "hot food" for kids was always cold, and there were rarely any kid-friendly meat or...

「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」
