This property was in a great location, well appointed unit, walking distance to beach & cafes. 10 minute drive to Coffs Harbour tourist attractions. We really enjoyed being so close & yet so far away from Coffs Harbour!

Loved this apartment, a great verandah, really well set up with everything you need in the kitchen. Clean & tidy we would stay here again if in the area. Loved not having to get in the car, walk to beach and village only a few minutes away.

This was our second time at this apartment and it was still as good as ever. Easy self-checkin, super clean and modern, and ideal location just a short walk to the the beach and restaurants. Perfect.

Fantastic apartment in every way

This is the second time we have stayed at Sunrise. The apartment is immaculate, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It has a large deck looking onto greenery and directly opposite the beach. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing. Its so convenient less than a 5 minute easy stroll to the village shops and beach. We love staying at Sunrise and will return again next year. We know Sawtell very well and its definitely our pick of places to stay.

Beautiful apartment & perfect location

The apartment was wonderful. Clean, well stocked and in walking distance to town, the beach, restaurants and cafes. We love to be able to leave the car at home and just walk everywhere and we could definitely do this.

Great spot for a Sawtell getaway

This apartment was spot on for our family of four. Steps away from Sawtell beach and main street with everything you need a short walk away. Supermarkets at Toormina are a five min drive and anything you can think of can also be found at Coffs Harbour, about 15 mins away. The apartment had everything we needed for 4 days and nights of simpleMeal prep, laundry, indoor and outdoor spaces. Shireen is a great host - very prompt and friendly communication in the lead up and wind up of our trip. This was a great find!
