“I highly recommend this property, the facility is well maintained, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are super clean and very huge, i love the pool they have nice poolside sofas and chairs, the continental breakfast was good, compliments to the chef, meals were prepared real fast with great tasting quality, i am definitely going back in the near future, the site is very beautiful to take memorable photos, especially down at the cliff area overlooking the sea, this is a hidden gem 💎 ……

“While I was initially a bit apprehensive when arriving at the location, the exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. The hotel itself is older and could use some updates, but the outstanding customer service more than made up for it. Having a breakfast option included was also a very good touch; while the menu didn't quite catch the kids' interest, it was still a major plus not having to worry about finding a morning meal. “This was our first time traveling as a family internationally. I believe the property I booked was different from the property I checked into. The villa we were assigned to was on the Crest lot and not Villa at the Palms. The villa was clean and bright. There was a pool close to the property's entrance along with an open gym. Our overall experience was pleasant and I would probably stay again in the future.”
