「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「We stayed in an apartment across the street from main part of hotel. We were assisted with our bags across the street. Staff were very good. & helpful. The restaurant was closed for 2 nights so we ate in the bar, the food was good & the staff efficient. 」
