“We stayed there for 6 days. It is generally very good for money. I could always take food from the fridge to cook in the pantry, not only for breakfast and prepare the lunch boxes. There are bread, ham, bacon, susages, eggs, juices, milk...., also unlimited supply. It also has the washing machine and drying machine, free of charge. The location at Tooting is good too. It takes around 5min to walk to Tooting Broadway Station. It takes around 30min to City Center by North line. Going to airport……

“Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area”

“Although it is a small room, it has all things we need. However, there are many spider webs in the room that make us very uncomfortable. There are many dust on the wall and on the shelves. The blankets have many dirty makers that we could not sleep well. The light seems that not enough. Also, the entrance the the room is too narrow and the tiles of the entrance are not flat. They are like a mountain.”

“Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely.”

“Room was clean and had microwave fridge washing machine. Shower and toilet were clean. The bed mattress could do with changing as you could feel the springs in it. Entering the front door was tricky as there were no explicit instructions as to how to enter the code. Otherwise there was very good communication regarding the door codes and placement of keys. It was a good Expedia price and I would use again. Location is good as there are plenty of transport links and the locale has a variety of……
