“The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Cutting in front all the time when walking, standing in groups talking whilst we were trying to open doors. Being told to move tables! Unhelpful at best. This is not a five star experience. Not even close.”

“Room was clean and large. Lounge access, breakfast truly exceptional. Really only let down by a quirky escalator and no air conditioning in the gym. Rooftop bar and restaurant very underrated. Staff excellent ”
