“This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. We encountered multiple difficulties and a lot of attitude. It was sad and disappointing as we are used to being treated like family. We had to ask for the room service menu, schedule, and robes for our room that typically are in there. The water in our bathroom was very smelly. The room service food was usually inedible. That……
