Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was easy to work with during our stay. Our family enjoyed our vacation thoroughly during our stay here. And it was conveniently located for most activities in Colorado Springs, especially the Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. We would stay here again.

A cozy home

This house is very clean, stylishly decorated, and quite functional. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom was well supplied and functional, and the two upstairs bedrooms were roomy and had abundant closet and dresser drawer space. Washer/dryer are new and work well. Large basement room is cozy, good for TV or reading, but not ideal as a third sleep room due to the noisy AC/heater in the basement. Host and near-by property manager are friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate. It is split level, 3 levels, so you have to be comfortable with stairs.

Worked well for us

There may have been some fancier properies that we looked at before booking this one, but this property was perfect for us. We were visiting our son in Colorado Springs and this property was 2 blocks away. It was ckean and had everything we needed. There are plenty of stores and restruants nearby and an exercise trail directly behind the house on the opposite side of a scenic creek that has several small waterfalls. The host texted us several times to make sure that we had everything we needed. We plan on booking this same place whenever we visit!
