Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We received a free upgrade to a suite without even asking! The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. All of the little extras like free drinks at happy hour and the free dinner that was offered were so appreciated. It's within walking distance to the concert venue we attended. The only thing we didn't like was how loud it was in the pool area due to what I assume was the motor from possibly an air conditioning unit from a nearby building or maybe from their own unit. Otherwise, a wonderful stay. This was our second time staying here and we definitely plan to return!

This hotel was perfect. I attended a concert at Nationwide Arena. This hotel was walking distance to the venue. The hotel is safe, clean, and packed with amenities. The rooms feature microwaves and refrigerators. There were ample electric plugs and the Wi-Fi was free. They have a fitness center and an indoor pool. The hotel has a restaurant and a convenience store in the lobby. The restaurant serves free hot breakfast. Then it reopens at dinner time. It offers affordable food and drink specials during happy hour. I rate this venue a 10 out of 10!
