"We had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious for our family of 4, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the city! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located blocks away from Saint Catherine Street, and Old Montreal is close by as well. I love that parking is available in the same building too! We’ll be back to stay again. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. "
"I’m giving a 5 star review because the staff were great, the housekeeping very clean, very helpful with every aspect.
The Restaurant on the other hand, which isn’t a part of the hotel gets 0 stars out of 5.
The Bartender/waiter extremely rude, they delivered the wrong order to my room, didn’t apologize and sent me additional bill for his mistake, extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I returned both meals to them and never ate that evening.
I didn’t want their crappie service cause an impact at the wonderful service that the hotel staff provided.
But to ever who wants to stay at the Sens hotel in the near future, my advice, avoid that restaurant "
"The bed was amazing at this hotel. The access to two different metro routes nearby and plethora of fun dining and drinking options made me want to come back to Montréal sooner than later. Big fan of Nyk’s for a late night Guinness, Crew Collective for a morning coffee and so many more great spots just right out the door of Monville. "
"The hotel is always great but the bathroom had an issue with the shower curtain rod. Also, the carpets in the hallway look like they need to be replaced."
