"Sam was a great host and we enjoyed this beautiful cozy place in the woods, very quiet with gentle breezes coming through the pine trees. The cabin was spacious and clean with a well-equipped kitchen and small coffee nook. Loved having coffee and meals on the back porch where we could watch the deer roaming the neighborhood. Great hiking trails and a short drive to Goldwater Lake. We will definitely come back soon."

"Home is located just 6 miles from downtown Prescott, yet it feels like you are deep in the woods. Deer visit the property on a daily basis. Wonderful place to get away and relax. Last 100 yards is dirt road and a bit steep so low vehicles may find it challanging."

"Well appointed modern cabin. Very clean, no cobwebs here, everything seems new. Aesthetically pleasing as well, you can tell thought went into the design and utility. We had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and sofa. Decks off the front and rear of home are nice. There is a neighboring home and other homes nearby, so not completely secluded, however we heard little noise during our stay. The property being higher up (steep driveway) also helps with privacy; for the most part all windows...

"This house was amazing! Within our first couple of hours we saw an entire family of deer. It's a great place to just relax, go on walks and there is a lake & hiking trails very close. The house had every emenity you could imagine. It truly was a home away from home. We can't wait to go back!"

"Just what we needed. 4 of us were racing in a local off-road gravel bike race. Property was convenient to town and race location. Quiet and had all the amenities we needed. Would consider coming back for next years' race. Property is good luck as 2 of our 4 had age group podium finishes !!"

"Wildcat Lodge has the perfect windows for viewing the snowfall that we got in Prescott. The cabin was as described and very cozy during our stay, even though it was COLD outside. The kitchen is well-supplied with what you need for cooking. Many trails and Lynx Lake are nearby for enjoying the outdoors. There is no yard to speak of, but the deck is roomy. The one living area would be cramped with more than the four people (all adults) that were there. Overall, it is one of the best...
