And there are no other options for parking so they really should be upfront about this as I would have chosen to stay somewhere else. It feels dishonest. "

"The hotel has one working elevator. At times it was an hour wait to go up to our room. The valet has no digital way of requesting your car or tipping. Mold on bathroom ceiling."

"Booked this for rooftop then they closed it for renovations after the free cancellation ended. Whole hotel needs a Reno— v basic looking. Like a holiday inn. Ice machines were out, vending machines gave us hot drinks. No pool no rooftop. Staff was amazing. I ordered wine and balloons, they knew my arrival time; when we arrived, ice had melted and balloons were deflated"
