「When we arrived they didn’t have us in the system because the owner of the unit never let them know it was rented so from the get go we wasted a go of time until they figured that out. The unit needed maintenance to come 2 times for air conditioner not working and the ventilation fan needed to be fixed 2 times as well. A lot of time wasted and I tipped the maintenance people because they worked really hard and deserved even more than I could give. Concierge depending on who you dealt with were...

「The view was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. However, the room is in need of upgrades, and the floors appeared muddy and not properly cleaned upon arrival. Better housekeeping and maintenance would greatly improve the overall experience.」

「The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!」

「St John Inn has an incredible ambiance that makes it a wonderful experience all round. It is tucked into an eclectic part of Cruz Bay that may not work for everyone. It’s a bit on the older side but that’s also what creates its awesome charm & vibe! Karen and the staff are amazing. They will jump to help however they can, on any request. 「It’s a stunning, unique hotel. One great way to keep the wrong people from visiting? Tell them that there are no televisions in the rooms! From my perspective, that’s a big plus! And it signals that this hotel, combines luxury, history, and is aimed at the type of traveler who did not come to watch TV..」

「The Island View was charming, the views were fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive! We had an earlier morning and they were very kind to make us a breakfast to go. Food was great! If I had to come up with any complaint it would be that the pool (shaded for a good portion of the day) was a bit chilly, but my husband didn’t mind that.」
