The property is at a good location. The condo is a bit old but it was generally alright. We did have concerns with stained bedsheets and towels, and a bath tub/shower that wouldn't drain. We got these addressed with the property manager.

The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable except for the mattress pads being worn and would not stay in place. Short walk to the beach.

Good supply of cooking utensils, etc. Do bring all your own food items, spices, coffee filters (12 cup pot with regular - not cone shaped - filter). Clean and comfortable. However only having a few units that are dog friendly is causing some issues. We apparently can't get a unit with a washer and dryer anymore (even though it was pictures for #236) and half the plugs on living room and kitchen walls were dead. The hose for vehicle wash was broken the entire week, even though I turned it in multiple times. Golf Carts were not parked in designated spaces on rocks and never enforced.

The rental was perfect! It was walking distance to beach and had 2 balconies. One viewing the pool and the other the beach. The condo was clean and quiet. It was a packed weekend and we didn’t hear any noise from units or pool. Location was great to get around the island. Will use them again!

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the bathrooms weren't clean, there was fresh urine on toilet and long strands of hair on the shower wall. But we brought cleaning products and Lyson spray. The location was great, fresh towels and sheets were provided. The oven did not work, we tried several times. But the dishwasher, AC, refrigerator, lights, plugs, TV, coffee maker and stove top worked fine.
