「We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It's located at the most crowded square of Praia do Carvoeiro, just by the beach, very convenient. The staff was nice and the room was okay. Car parking space was difficult to find, though. Free wifi was provided at hotel lobby. Overall, we'll say it's a pretty good choice in this area.」

「The staff were so lovely, the room was stunning and super clean. The rooftop was perfect for chilling out on if you fancied not going anywhere for a bit. Or, if you wanted to explore, the location was really central - everything was walkable.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay. There was parking available for our rental car. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable. The direct access to the beach was amazing. The restaurant wasn’t our favorite but that was the only thing we didn’t like. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Outstanding hotel, upgraded on arrival. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent pools for kids, great kids club, very good gym. We were not even playing golf, just a great place regardless of golfing or not. On site restaurants/cafes a little too expensive if staying on site. Recommend hiring a car to get out and explore local vicinity/restaurants etc. overall fantastic hotel for a family or couples. 」

They went above and beyond our expectations and emailed to say that the room was ready When we arrived back at check in they had upgraded our room.
