「Old charming manor that is one of the best in Cotswolds. Having stayed at a couple others including Lords of the Manor, the positives of this one in comparison are: its easier to get to from London, the grounds are amazing and impeccable, its a truly remote feel among the hills, land and animals of Cotswolds, and the michelin starred Dining Room is probably the best food in the Cotswolds. 「We had an enjoyable and excellent stay here. Every staff is perfect and always with a smile. They are friendly and helpful including the room cleaner. 「房子不大，但是很舒服，该有的都有。我们定了两个房子，房源紧张，但是给我们安排了门对门。我们很满意了。离巴斯浴场等热门景点走路四分钟。周围很多餐厅。早餐自助餐，很典型的欧式早餐。很丰富。入住和退房都很快。很典型的希尔顿。推荐。」

「酒店的卫生真的不敢恭维，承诺好的退款数字又在退房后兑现不了，说是因为我在第三方网站订的房，总之当时房间里的之前客人留下的鞋、短裤还有袜子让我想起来就恶心，提醒未来准备订这间酒店的朋友入住时检查好卫生，有问题当时解决，退房时想在解决问题基本就是不可能的了。」

「住在酒店后新装修的房间，新潮的设计，可惜缺少衣柜，衣物只好挂在墙上和丢在沙发，美中不足，另外房间隔音太差，走道和隔邻的噪音干扰很大。酒店位置不错，步行去市中心只几分钟，服务态度也很好。」

「Very accommodating staffs, gave us a very warm welcome. Our room was at the end in the second floor, was nice and quiet. Room nicely heated, get some insects in the room if windows are opened(even in winter), but not a big problem at all. Overall a very lovely hotel with nice dinner and breakfast. Beautiful town to visit! 」

「Great central location and beautiful hotel building. The atmosphere is chilled out and informal and the room we had was exceptional. This is an expensive area and so expect prices to reflect this, that said you get what you pay for - the Cotswolds is a busy, but stunning location. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Bay Tree for a great memorable stay.」
