So convenient to have the boat just feet from the back door and the heated pool was a perfect way to end the day! Convenient to everything in marathon but in a quiet community where we could relax. Units one thru five are described as "Water View." However, if a view of the water is desired, you should consider units one thru three. 「The house was great and had everything we needed. Perfect location in Key Colony Beach with short walking distance to the club and multiple restaurants/bars. We had plenty of space for our 30' boat at the dock and enough space in the driveway to park the truck and trailer. We used the launch at the KCB marina and it was large enough and deep enough for our boat with very easy access to the canal.」

「We enjoyed our stay in Marathon. We were very comfortable in these accommodations which are well appointed with a lovely beachy theme. The kitched is a bit small but doable for two. Otherwise, the amenities of its location is great!」
