"Many aspects of the room were run down, were loose, and didn't function well. No hot water in the shower for a full 5 minutes at least in the mornings. Also we weren't given many towels and with room servicing every 2 days, i asked for more and was told by the manager housekeeping was on my floor somewhere and I could track them down to ask for more myself. They should've asked housekeeping to bring them to me. I have a young toddler and two other kids; it is not easy or appropriate for a guest to have to track down housekeeping, interrupt them while they are working in another room to awkwardly ask for our own towels and more cups. "

"The time was very clean and comfortable those a bit tired looking. Not enough to put us off, though. It is off I95, so there is traffic noise. My husband were ear plugs to bed. The breakfast was very nice, with many choices. The staff was friendly too. We have no hesitation recommending it, and we will stay there again as we travel this way often."
