"The property was very unique and a lot of fun. We enjoyed all the amenities of the property from the pool to hot tub to lawn games. It was a short 10-15 minute drive into Austin for sights and then a nice getaway to relax in the afternoon at the pool."

The upstairs bedroom (up the winding staircase) has so much personality and was a perfect little nook for 3 twin beds. We giggled every time we went up the stairs because we felt like kids again. "Brand new beautiful home with tons of amenities. My family of four plus dog stayed for a week during spring break. The home was fully stocked and our family didn’t need to bring or purchase a thing. This place had a fresh coffee bean grinder coffee machine, high end cookware and appliances, every utensil imaginable, ziplock bags, and Q-tips. Stuff you wouldn’t necessarily see at other rentals. I definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit."

"Convenient, beautiful location and very peaceful! The house and back yard were great! Master bedroom was very comfortable and loved the style of the house. We’ll stocked utensils, cookware, and seasonings for cooking. Checkin was confusing since key wasn’t in the lockbox as described. Luckily checked the door (unlocked) and found key left on kitchen countertop. Given all the trees nearby, needs an exterminator. Found several cockroaches scurrying around in the kitchen, dining room and master...

Only tiny bit of critical feedback would be backyard was overgrown so kids couldn’t really play in the back, but that was minor. We loved our stay overall."

"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "
