"A little difficult to find. The car parks are spread out around the building so it was possible to find a space even when the part in front of the hotel was full. The hotel is a little dated but is a perfectly pleasant, and relatively cheap, place to stay."

"As always The Liner is excellent Comfy bed, great little amenities (who can argue at free cookies), little touches like a bottle of milk in fridge not little sachets are a great touch. Always my Liverpool hotel of choice"

"Check in was fine, room was fine apart from the windows which didn't shut properly, bed was comfy but the bathroom was a bit of a mess, loose toilet seat, tiles broken on the floor and general wear and tear. "

"I did not see any staff as it was all automatic when checking in which I thought was a very good idea and saved queues. "

"The host cancelled this booking 3 hours before check in claiming issues with electrics and heating. She offered a sub standard property on Anfield Road, as a replacement with no reduction in cost even though the property offered was much cheaper. When we contacted Vrbo they held a three way conversation where the host said she was too busy to speak (even though support is 24/7) and we should email on the Monday after our weekend break was over. We passed the property we had paid for (the one here) and there was someone in there charging their car, so there was clearly no problem with property, she just changed ours for no reason. We did not stay in the second property we were dumped with. If I could give 0 stars I would. To date she has not repaid the money we paid. Issues such as broken back door so no security, no parking permit, garden gate held shut with a stack of chairs, hardly any cutlery, dirty pans some with food still left in to name but a few issues."
