“This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. Extremely noisy from any activity in the passage. Cleaning staff rolling their trolley up & down the passage from a very early hour. Best……

“A disappointing experience - written by my husband who was the one who stays at this hotel Spent a night in the Artist Gran hotel of Arts on my way back from the Camino de Santiago. I do not know if it was because of my backpack and casual pilgrim dressing but from the start, the service was a bit arrogant. “Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and was really pleasantly surprised. We booked a private room for 3 with our own private bathroom. It was very clean and the hostel itself is quite cool. Unfortunately we booked at the weekend of the Aste Nagusia festival and our room overlooked a square with a concert going on till 1 am. We were advised in advance but not at the time of booking so it was noisy. Nevertheless this is a great spot, very convenient location. We didn't have breakfast……

“It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). Nobody showed up the next day. So our complaint was not resolved. There’s also construction work outside of the……
