「We had an amazing time at the “house up on the hills.” The property was in great condition and easily housed a family of 5. The hosts were very attentive with communications leading up to the trip and extremely helpful during our arrival. I would highly recommend renting the property and would certainly stay again the next time we’re in LA. 」

「Great spot - awesome amenities, perfect for hosting a group of friends. Host very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone hosting a group of people. I liked the shakers, bottle openers, the games, and the folding tables. All were great!」

「It was really clean and looked better than the pictures. There was some problems with the wifi which got resolved the next day. Neighbors also parked in the driveway which made entering and exiting the house difficult. Overall, I was very pleased during the stay.」

「Michaels property is just as described. Very clean and perfect space for 1-2 to decompress after exploring. Private entrance from the main house and a clean, private patio just outside the cottage doors. Plenty of off street parking at all times of the day. Location is close to all the attractions while at the same time situated on a quiet street/neighborhood. I would definitely recommend and when in LA again we would definitely book. 」

「Our stay at this property was lovely. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us and was near our family in La Canada. The neighborhood had some good restaurants and coffee shops. The area was also good for walking and hiking.」

「We are a repeat guest! This property is well provisioned and spacious. The sectional in the main living space is an improvement over the sofa during our first stay. Although we spend most of our time out and about with family while staying here it would be a great place to just relax. We recommend a walk to Sirens, a local coffee shop, and the Maritime Museum.」

「The home was easy to find check-in was easy the house was very clean. The rooms were lovely the decor was very cute. The showers were fantastic. The family enjoyed the pool it was well maintained and we all had a great time would visit the home again!」

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
