De l'espace apprécié pour nos effets perso, une meuble avec armoire qu'on peut mettre un cadenas pout qui fait environ 16x16, aussi profond. Le personnel est discret et efficace. “We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. We misten wel een glijbaan(tje) bij het zwembad en een iets grotere speeltuin. Eten was goed en fijn dat je een bolderkar kan gebruiken/lenen welke ook mee kan naar het strand. Denk eraan om keukendoeken en handzeep mee te nemen, dat is niet aanwezig. De supermarkt in de straat is erg duur. Kamer was netjes schoon echter is het woongedeelte open met buiten, kijk dus niet vreemd op als je een kakkerlak of salamander voorbij ziet komen.”

“The hotel hosted a wedding during our week stay without notifying guest until arrival. The infinity pool, beach club, and restaurant was all closed during our stay during this event. On two different nights music was so loud it echoed our room until 2:30am. Staff did nothing to help make our stay better after multiple attempts to speak with managers. Paid thousands of dollars for a terrible hotel experience. Thankfully the island itself is beautiful and we spent our days exploring it. ”

“The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. “We had a lovely stay in a 3 bedroom villa at Livingston Jan Thiel. We loved that it seemed newly renovated and was very private. We loved our outside terrace with the hammock, couch and eating area. The pool area is lively and a short walk to the beach! The beach passes were great. One disappointment was that there were no laundry services available as advertised but staff recommended M R laundry around the corner and they were great and did the laundry for us for a small fee! “This boutique hotel is a charming oasis in the heart of historic Kura Hulanda. Our junior suite was very spacious, the pool and grounds are lovely, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though there is no on-site dining, we were able to order from an adjacent restaurant, and the bartender happily delivered to meal to our terrace. It’s a great place if you want to be within easy walking distance of Willemstaad’s major attraction, and a short stroll from some terrific restaurants and……

“Lovely renovated historic hotel right on the ocean in Pietermaai district of Willemstad. It was in a quieter area only 1 street over from great bars and restaurants. Our room overlooked the ocean, and there was a small private beach with lounge chairs. The staff was amazing, and helped us with airport taxi and recommendations in the area. Short walking distance (10 min) to the heart of Punda and 15 min to the floating bridge. ”
