“The Boathouse Suite condo was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Scenic views from the large living room windows. Check in and check out were simple. Free street parking was readily available. Great communication with the host. We were in Cleveland for a Browns game, and the stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away. Fun trip, and great accommodations. We will stay again the next time we are in town. ”

“There were people standing in the hallways. Another person was sitting in a lawn chair in front of the front door/main entrance to the building. The check-in instructions said there was a fob, but there was not so we had to be buzzed in every time we entered - our identities were never verified so they were letting anyone in. The neighboring parking lot was poorly kept, did not have an attendant on duty, and the payment machine was not working. There were also signs to 'keep your junk in your……

“The check in process is overly complicated. To enter the property you have to download several app. The host would not allow me to add my son to the reservation so he could have access to enter the property. Had to communicate directly with VRBO to get host to grant access to my son. I would never rent this property again and do not recommend it for anyone. Terrible HOST…”

“Two of us former college friends reunited for a visit to Cleveland for the first time and booked this vrbo because it offered separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We are super pleased with our choice! We would book it again for sure. We loved this location. It was walkable to all of the sights we wanted to visit. It is a very easy walk to the Tower City train station that goes direct to/from the airport. We took the train. It was inexpensive and easy. There were conveniences and restaurants nearby.……
