Nice, but there is room for improvement

It's a nice hotel, but I lowered the rating overall by 2 points: -1 for lack of entertainment activities for kids during rain time (like ping-pong, foosball, snooker) and -1 for rubbish on the beach.

The rooms were a bit tired but aside from that the pool and restaurant's were very nice, breakfast was always a treat and the staff were exceptional in there efforts to assist with everyone's requests....also the lifeguards went above and beyond to help each and every guest get settled around the pool.....catching the courtesy bus into town and back every night was easy and straightforward....my wife and i stayed for 15 nights and would definitely stay at the tropical beach resort again....we would also like to thank the hotel for upgrading us to a ocean view room and we enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the waves at night

리조트 수영장과 조식이 최고였어요 다만 룸이 약간 올드하지만 깨끗하고 넓었음. 처음엔 에어컨 고장으로 안나오다 고쳐줌. 룸도 업그레이드해주고...프라이빗 바다가 바로 앞이라 좋고 시내나가는 셔틀버스도 있어서 매우편리함

This hotel was wonderful. Great beach location, beach was beautiful and the pool waa also lovely. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from the staff. Upon arrival I was feeling unwell. I was travelling alone and after speninng a few hours in my hotel room without getting better I decided to go talk to reception to help me see a doctor. The two lovely ladies at reception called a doctor for me who came right to my hotel room to exam me and give me perscriptions. Afterwards they sent ginger tea to my room and followed up by phone call later on to make sure I was ok. I 100 percent recommend this hotel.

程よい距離感のある親切なスタッフたち、プール、プライベートビーチ、必要十分な朝食、施設の年季は感じますが価格を考えると充分でした。エアコンの故障にもすぐに対応してくださいました。 ただ１つ許せなかったのはスーツケースを破損しておきながらも報告なくバックれたこと。 チェックアウト前に部屋でポーターにチップとともに運搬をお願いした際には破損していませんでした。空港までの送迎車のトランクにはドライバーと一緒にポーターが積み込んだのを見ましたが、空港に到着してトランクから下ろす際にはハンドルが割れていました。トランクの中で破損するような箇所でなく、ホテル内での運搬時かトランクに詰め込む際に折れたものです。 旅行保険がきくものなので、一言声をかけてくれさえすれば良かったのに。 バックれたその態度と、その後エクスペディアを通じて送った抗議のメールに謝罪どころか既読だけつけたまま返信もないホテルの姿勢に大きな不信感。 I found my suitcace in car trunk broken when arrived at airport. When I left it with porter at hotel room,it's not broken. And I saw him loading it on trunk. I send message to hotel and marked as read but no reply. I have travel insurance, so I just wanted you to let me know... This is the attitude of this hotel.

Tropical getaway

Absolutely fabulous! It has a very tropical feel and that was what we were looking for to relax. We would spend all day by the pool looking at palm trees and the ocean. It was off-season so it was quiet with limited people. We were in a "villa" right next to the pool which has a porch to sit and talk during the rain. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The free breakfast was enjoyable each morning. I would go back and I would recommend it. There is a shuttle to HoiAn which we took one evening, they arranged airport transportation when we left and since we were there 5 nights, we had 2 free massages. We were very pleased with our choice for this trip to relax and unwind. There are many things to see in the area but we had been to DaNang many times so we weren't there to "tour". Outside the gates and across the street is a mini-mart and down the road to the left are many little local restaurants. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit einem direkten Zugang zum Meer. Die Zimmer sind funktional und einem 3* Hotel angemessen. Das grösste Defizit ist das Frühstück, das qualitativ nur mittelmässig ist, und von Tag zu Tag kaum variiert wird.

予約してすぐ、出発が近くなって、出発間際、確認などのメールをくれ、とても良かったです。チェックインの説明も細かくて良かったです。周りにも、とても安いSPA、レストランがあり快適でした。ただ、ホテルの朝食会場のレストラン。コ虫が目の周りにまとわりつきとても不快でした。でもトータルてきにとてもリラックスでき、なにより安くて、大変よい旅行になりました。

Laid back mid-range beach resort but with punchy pricing. The extra $20 a night for them to make up the sofa bed seemed harsh when I had explicitly booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids
