「I stayed here for four nights. My room and the bathrooms were very clean. Constantly saw workers throughout the day cleaning the bathrooms. The showers were always spotless. Felt super comfortable staying here as a solo female traveler. LOVED the included breakfast in the mornings- two plates of food and a cup of coffee. 「Lovely hotel with friendly staff. You are so close to Manuel Antonio park and the beach with a good choice or bars and restaurants. La Vela Boutique has a small pool which is not busy so getting a sunbed in the afternoon isn’t a problem. Big shout out to the pizza chef who managed to prepare and cook 2 superb pizzas during a power cut under the torchlight of an iPhone. A great place to stay..」

「The property is close to town, convenient. about 15 min drive to Manuel Antonio. The staff are very helpful and kind. But the facility itself is too old. The room has no sound insulation. you can hear next door even if they whisper. I had to knock on the neighbor's door and asked them to be quiet at night. The bathroom shower needs to be updated with better ventilation. overall it's okay. 」

「The beach access sold it for us. We really enjoyed hanging out on the beach and then swimming in the pool in the evenings. My kids took surf lessons. Quick access to MA park. We saw monkeys on the property! Had a nice time! 」
