“Clean rooms and great staff!”

“Not clean and not in a very good area lots of traffic very busy highways and not at the location felt like there were trans living there and I would not wear this hotel anyone”

“Just an overnight stay and it is close to the airport and has a restaurant so that we didn’t need to leave the property.”

“Great location to restaurants and shopping mall is next door. Two Restaurants are within one minute walk”

“The property was nice and so was the staff. I had two issues. 1 was on a chilly night we turned on the heating system and it smelled old. The second was we had 1 roach in our room. Granted I know we were in a southern state but I haven’t seen these things since growing up in the inner cities as a child.”

“First of all, I would like to say the staff was very friendly and helpful, but upon entering my room, we noticed that the sofa bed was very damaged and unbelievable. We also have pictures of trash and debris underneath the mattress. Our phone did not work to call the front desk and the pool was closed, which was a bummer due to the fact that it was the main reason we booked here our room smelled like it had previously been a smoking room because it was very muggy and had a light smoke odor.”

“Disgusting hotel room - the entire property smells of cigarettes and we had bugs in our bed. We ended up having to leave the property within 10 minutes of arriving.”

“Stayed here for Welcome to Rockville. Obviously I knew going in that the bar should be set pretty low because it is a Motel 6–but this place seriously needs to be checked out by the health department. Multiple cockroaches in our room, stains on our bed sheets, flies buzzing around our lights, floors so dirty you can’t walk from the bathroom to the bed without your feet turning black, mold on mini fridge, and our door doesn’t even close all the way. Also, our phone is so disgusting that the cord……

“Hello! Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov.”

“Agree with the other reviews about the Fabuloso smell. It leaves a film on the floor, so I don't recommend walking barefoot around the room. The room was nice with newer furniture, cooktop, microwave and small fridge but the walls, trim, doors, etc. were definitely in need of being modernized. There was no artwork, decor to speak of. It was nice to be able to charge your phone via the light sconces. There were guests arguing outside until 1am and then started again at 8:30/9 am so that was……

“Room wasn’t the cleanest, beds uncomfortable, shower looks dirty, no trash can in room, no elevator, small roach was in the room, mini fridge and microwave needs to be changed, room smelled like cigarette which had me up all night and making it hard to breathe. Wouldn’t recommend if you have asthma. Staff are really nice , hotel is near the mall, movie theater and a/c worked well.”

“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double……

“The room was spotless, you couldn't ask for better staff/management. A really friendly, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of parking, shops near by for everything you need”
