“Indoor pool was closed the jacuzzi was closed the room was dirty the floors was black and their was hair in both showers and some kind of blue stuff in one shower and black stuff in the other shower. The sliding door to the ball was broken. Overall experience wouldn’t stay their again and definitely won’t tell my family to stay their. Their parking garage you couldn’t hardly get through it’s one way so if your going up and they come down at the same time one is gonna have to back upstairs cause……

“When we arrived it was before check in. The front desk staff Shamira and Shanetta allowed us to keep our bags in a secure area so we could enjoy the pool area and lounge while we waited. They also ensured our room was ocean facing per the reservation details and helped us navigate sight seeing. All the other staff were very accommodating and kind greeting us everyday and promptly fulfilling any requests we had. The resort is renovating so some of the amenities were dated and needed repair……

“The hotel itself was very nice it needs more upkeep like sitting on the balcony the concrete was breaking up and the air conditioner look like it was going to fall out the window this is the second time I have stayed there the first time everything was lovely this time I was in a room that I wasn't to enthused with but the fact that it faced the beach was beautiful I wish I didn't have to smell as much as the dogs smell in the hallway as soon as you walked in this particular time that's all I……

“Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again.”

“Older place. There was no breakfast. Room needed to have baseboards, doors, light switches wiped down. Parking is tough for bigger vehicles. Location good, good view. Kitchen tiny. Weird light in bedroom coming from hall, needs larger/higher curtain. Lack of outlets. Sofa bed needs more padding.”
