“The place is great! Clean, spacious and comfortable with great indoor and outdoor spaces.Primary bedroom/ bathroom awesome. Second bathroom is main level with second bedroom downstairs but all great accommodations.The management company didn’t know what was In the house (said they didn’t refill kitchen starter cleaning kit, bathroom shampoo, conditioner, soap etc but they had all which is convenient). Also didn’t send instructions to get in so had to call, wouldn’t answer if we could go in an……

“Sara’s responses were prompt. She’s an excellent host. Very understanding, kind, an extremely nice person. The unit was exceptionally clean. However, the noise coming from other residents was frustrating! The units exhaust fans was used to ground out noise coming from the 2nd floor unit. This was reported twice to Ms. Sara. And promptly she went to the HOA. Ms. Sara did her job as an host. The HOA failed on their end. And apparently let it go! Because from that point the noise increased! All……

“The hosts were very responsive . The unit was a spacious two bedroom condo with a lovely three season room. It was well located between Lewes and Rehoboth. The kitchen and baths were well appointed with what we needed for our stay. ”

The property had all the amenities and comforts of home and conveniently located. Our host was responsive to any questions to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Plenty of dog friendly places for our pup. ”

“Overall it was a good stay. The location is fabulous and the apartment was very cute. The host as really helpful even when we lockwd ourselves out, The place was pretty clean although we spotted a bug or two. My main comment is that I underestimated how much of a truly basement apartment this is. Complete w the musty smell. They did everything possible to dehumidify and filter the air but it was still quite musty. And there’s no real outdoor space w this unit which was disappointing. ”
