The house is very spacious and modern, the views of the intracoastal waterway are great and the location is very good because it’s within walking distance of Atlantic Avenue and the beach. The manager of the property is very nice and responsive. When a service issue came up with the property, the manager was very prompt to communicate and solve the issue. The water pressure does need to be improved in the master bathroom and the air conditioning needs to be improved for the main level. The manager of the property said they would repair it, and it is probably a simple fix. Overall, I highly recommend this house and would rent it again.
