However, I encountered some minor inconveniences that I let get the best of my patience sometimes, like the code not working, a shower curtain that kept falling, challenges with the heater due to freezing temperatures, and an internet outage. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all.」
