Perfectly located just minutes away from I-25, this home offers easy access to most Hospitals, Downtown and the Denver Tech Center, making commuting a breeze. Enjoy our family friendly neighborhood with an abundance of nearby parks and activities as well as Core Power yoga, Starbucks, DuffyRoll, and Bird Call directly across the street. This is a cozy, updated two bedroom house with a bonus room that can be used as a nursery or home office and beautiful patios on both sides of the house.
