"When you walk into the hotel, it looks like a five star resort. Very bar area, snack section, indoor and out door pool, a nice gym and a game room for all ages. The rooms are nice with a few exceptions. We had two rooms and both rooms came with two queen beds. Everyone in our group stated the same thing, the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. There was a chair and table so the others had to sit on their bed. There was a narrow balcony but it didn't have any chairs to enjoy the cool mornings and evenings. When we first arrived in our room, the air wasn't even turned on or the mini fridge. Now for the outside of the hotel and surrounding area. This hotel is not situated in a good area. Homeless people everywhere and camping out on the side and behind the hotel (not to mention seeing shooting up). I would not feel safe letting my kids walk around anywhere outside. The good news is there is a Walmart and several fast food restaurants near by."
