“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm……

“Be aware the resort is good drive from Puerto Vallarta. The resort is definitely more for relaxation. At least for our family, everything opens late but that’s not a big deal if you don’t wake up early. Overall, the resort is beautiful, maintained and clean throughout. We would definitely return.”

“Beautiful place right in the beach, staff was very friendly! Restaurant and bar is quite a bit more money than any of the other places in town, and gold carts to rent are fairly expensive, but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay.”

“Stayed in April 2026 with 2 girlfriends and absolutely loved the hotel and the location. The hotel was spotless and our room with 2 queens was plenty big for the 3 of us. Having coffee in the hallway on each floor was a nice touch. We spent many hours relaxing in and around the pool. Our only complaint, if anything, is that the beds and pillows were really firm. Would highly recommend Ximena and would definitely return!”
