The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. We would like to make a special mention to Anna and Mia who all left a special impression on us. " We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. "

What really stood out was how the staff went above and beyond when my luggage did not arrive the night before our departure. They met me at the airport, handled everything with calm professionalism, and made sure i was taken care of until the issue was resolved. Truly world-class service. Every part of my stay — from the beautiful room to the amazing dining and attentive staff — was exceptional. I can’t recommend it enough!"
