"Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet property. Great restaurant and parking on the premises. Very close to two separate metro routes. Neighborhood has restaurants, cafeterias, bakeries, mini markets and more all around. Attentive personnel always at the desk. Great a/c, kitchenette, room service. Highly recommended "

"It was a very nice stay in Madrid at this property. The flat / apartment was comfortable, good location and well equipped. The only issue was parking and would have appreciated some guidance on the property garages The virtual agent is useless, would have been nice if there was a WhatsApp number (to a human managed account). Overall great experience, clean and maintained building and flats. Would stay here again if visiting Madrid."

Boutike Cibeles is situated between a bar and a restaurant so going out to eat was only footsteps away. Carefour the grocery store was a 10 min walk to get supplies to eat in. The apartment has everything one needs to stay and enjoy Madrid. The breakfast served every morning was wonderful and fresh eggs of your liking was absolutely awesome. "It was on a quiet block, easily accessible to the sol and opera stations and nearby plazas, dining, shopping. etc. Quick walk to gines churros and el corte ingles.free coffee, tea, mini muffins in the morning. Staff are so nice. Rooms are spacious (we got two bedrooms) and so affordable. The only thing, limited toilet paper, no hair conditioner, and perhaps paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that, will recommend to others who would prefer to stay in that area."
